Note: We do not allow PO Boxes as shipping destinations for hemp-derived products.
4. Restricted Shipping Locations
Due to varying state laws, we do not ship to the following U.S. states:
Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont
We reserve the right to cancel any orders destined for these locations or any other jurisdiction where hemp-derived THC products are restricted.

We do not currently offer free shipping, but we do our best to keep rates competitive through our carrier partnerships.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, BakeBoxx is not responsible for:

7. Compliance Notice
All shipments are handled in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Products are shipped from licensed facilities in full accordance with federal law. Customers may not return products by mail, even in the event of refund eligibility, due to hemp shipping restrictions.
