At BakeBoxx, we take pride in the quality and compliance of our hemp-derived products. Due to legal restrictions and health regulations, we are unable to accept product returns under most circumstances.

 

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to federal and state regulations regarding the shipment of hemp products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. This applies even if the product is unopened or unused.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.

  • The product is materially defective (e.g., mislabeled, incorrect item).

  • The product is confirmed to be non-compliant or spoiled with clear and verifiable evidence.

 

3. Evidence Requirement

To request a refund, you must provide concrete evidence, including:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product issue.

  • Description of the problem.

  • Order number and relevant contact information.

We reserve the right to request additional evidence or documentation before making a decision.

 

4. Time Frame for Requests

Refund requests must be submitted no earlier than 4 weeks after the date of purchase, but not later than 8 weeks. Requests outside this time frame may not be considered, except in rare cases at our sole discretion.

 

5. No Returns by Mail

Due to federal law, customers may not ship hemp products back to us. Any unauthorized shipments will be destroyed and will not be eligible for refunds.

 

6. Discretionary Approvals

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our sole discretion, even if all conditions appear to be met.
